Returns & Cancellations
In case you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions:.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and its packaging has not been tampered with.
Returning a product has two options:
1. Product Replacement
If a non-defective product is replaced, you will incur the following charges:
• Return costs: 3€
• Cost of delivery of the new package: 2,50€
• Shipping costs of the new package: 3,00€
In this case you will incur a refund of 3€, which you will not give to the courier at the time of delivery but will be automatically deducted from the amount of money you receive back, from the value of the product or products you have returned.
Your refund will be as follows:
• On your debit/credit card, if the payment of the order has been made through it.
• In the bank account you have completed on the return form, if the payment of the order has been made on delivery.
Your refund will take place within 14 days of receiving the products from our company.
In the event of any defect, e.g. the product has been tampered with or broken in the package during shipment, replacement is only possible if we are informed on the day of receipt. Beyond this time, replacement is not possible.
In this case the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional fee.
In case of our error,we fully return the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
In this case you will not be charged any additional fee.
• In the event that the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, ORLOFF SA has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement or refund.
• In any case it is necessary to present the receipt and the return form.
• The products you wish to return can only be shipped to us through the partner courier company (SPEEDEX Courier).
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
• In case of any defect, e.g. the product has been tampered with or broken into the package during shipment, then we replace the defective product with a new one.
• If you wish to replace a product with another product code, fill in your choice on the return form. The new product will be invoiced at the prices and discounts valid on the day of shipment of the refund.
Step 1. Fill in the return form you will find in the package you received.
Step 2. Pack the product in the package with which it was sent to you, to avoid damage during transport. Place the return form and photocopy of the proof of purchase in the same package.
Step 3. Send the package to SPEEDEX Courier, calling your nearest store and stating that the charge will be made to ORLOFF SA. Shipping Address: Marni 11, 10433 Athens, tel 210 5226 152. In case you wish to return a product or all of your order, please tell SPEEDEX Courier that the charge will be made to ORLOFF SA.
Returns are sent solely to the address listed in Step 3.
• If the package arrives and it is proven that the return conditions discussed above do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be refunded to the customer and the transportation costs will be borne by him.
